Service Description

Coaching and counselling should be focussed on the goals and outcomes that you want to achieve. My aim after each session is that you take some valuable new information regarding your goals away with you - sometimes this may even mean doing a little homework! Rather than passively listen to you, I will proactively coach and counsel you until you've achieved your desired outcomes.
