Service Description

8 x 45 minute one-on-one private coaching sessions for members of your team. One-on-one sessions can help deal with stress, anxiety and communications in the work place and at home, to name a few. The positive effects can be a healthier, happier, more positive and productive mentality (and working environment) for you and your colleagues. Sessions can take place on site, off site or online over the course of a working day on a rolling month to month basis where you can cancel at any time.
